Vilas, Thejus shine

KOCHI: Half-centuries by Vilas N. Kutty (53 n.o.) and C.M. Thejus (57) helped Cordiant Sports Foundation, Tripunithura, drub Rayro CC (Aroor) by 118 runs in the Ernakulam District B-Division cricket league at the BPCL Kochi Refinery Oval, Ambalamugal.

The scores: Cordiant Sports Foundation, Tripunithura 222 for three in 25 overs (Vilas N. Kutty 53 n.o., C.M. Thejus 57) bt Rayro CC, Aroor 104 in 18.2 overs.

Youngsters CC 175 for seven in 25 overs (Ajith 71 n.o.) lost to Chittoor CC 176 for seven in 24.1 overs (Vinod Mathew four for 47).
