BSNL Vijayawada will hold customers’ meet at all divisional head quarters and SSA head quarters on Monday to enable its subscribers air their grievances relating to various problems.

In a statement on Friday, the department officials appealed to the subscribers to make use of the meet to highlight problems such as improper functioning of telephones, delay in shifting or provision of new phone connection and excess metering. The meeting will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
