Wheel chairs at Secretariat

Two wheel-chairs have been kept at the main-gate of the Secretariat for the first time for the benefit of the physically-challenged persons visiting the premises. They have been manufactured by the AP Vikalangula Sahakara Samstha which has just secured ISO quality certificate for its products.
