Kamalesh Sharma congratulated

New Delhi: President Pratibha Patil on Sunday congratulated Kamalesh Sharma on his election as Secretary-General of the Commonwealth. The President said she was very happy that Mr. Sharma has become the first Indian to be selected for the top post. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh too congratulated Mr. Sharma.
