Lawyers plan strike

NEW DELHI: Lawyers of the Delhi High Court and district courts here will abstain from work on Tuesday to register their protest against the serial blasts this past week. The Delhi High Court Bar Association and the Delhi Bar Council on Monday said they had appealed to the lawyers to abstain from courts.
