Anand Pawar loses

BANGALORE: Young Anand Pawar’s fine run at the Scottish Open came to an end when he was beaten in the semifinals by promising Japanese youngster Kenichi Tago 12-21, 21-9,21-19 on Sunday. Tago later went on to win the title beating Germany’s Bjoern Joppien 11-21, 21-15, 21-18.
