Agra: A Russian woman tourist was shot at and injured when she resisted an attempt by a motorcycle-borne youth to snatch her hand bag here, police said on Thursday.

Karina, 35, was walking back to her restaurant with a fellow tourist and a guide on Wednesday night when the incident took place, they said adding she was slightly injured in her neck and was admitted to a nursing home.

SSP Navin Arora said a manhunt has been launched to nab the culprit. PTI
