Sethu FC wins title

Madurai: Sethu Football Club lifted the Hi-Tech Arai Trophy with a 2-0 win over Friends Football Club (Thirumangalam) in its last match in the Madurai District Football Association’s ‘A’ division league here on Sunday.

Sethu FC finished its fixtures in the 10-team league with an all-win record to emerge the champion with 27 points. Acme Sports Club finished runner-up with 20 points.
