NEW DELHI: K. Sasikiran overpowered Poland’s Barlomeij Macieja in the two blitz games for a 4-2 victory in their third-round match of the World Cup chess championship in Khanty Mansiysk, Russia, on Sunday. Sasikiran’s two back-to-back victories came after the players drew the two rapid games.
