Chennai: The three-day practice match between England Performance Programme XI and MRF XI ended in a draw at the Pachaiyappa’s College MRF Ground on Tuesday. EPP declared at its first day’s overnight score of 358 for four (the second day’s play was washed out), and dismissed MRF XI for 121.

Off-spinner James Tredwell scalped three wickets for 24 runs. Chris Schofield made a 44-ball unbeaten 43 (3x4, 2x6) in EPP’s second innings.
