Dempo defeats Churchill

Margao: Dempo Sports Club defeated Churchill Brothers 2-0 for its third successive win in the ONGC I-League football championship here.

Dempo scored through Roberto Mendes Silva in the stoppage time of the first half and Ranti Martins in the 66th minute.

Dempo is now at the top of the table with nine points. — PTI
