‘Radio City’ to conduct competitions

Only for Vizag, Vizianagaram districts

VIZIANAGARAM: Visakhapatnam ‘Radio City’ with the coordination of Atreya Smaraka Kalapeetham is conducting singing competitions for those who are above 12 years of age at Harsha Theatre (P.S.R.complex) here on Sunday morning, according to event organizer Anand.

At a press conference on Thursday evening, he said that candidates from Vizianagaram and Viskhapatnam districts alone were eligible to participate. Those selected in the preliminary round would have to attend for semifinals at Visakhapatnam on December 16 and finals on December 25. The winners would be given Rs. 50,000 cash and a chance to sing in a movie produced by Kula Sekhar. President of the Kalapeetham V. Chandrasekhar was present.
