Bangalore in super league

VIJAYAWADA: Pune, Bangalore, Acharya Nagarjuna, Osmania in the men’s section and Annamalai, Acharya Nagarjuna, Bharatidasan and Osmania in the women’s segment have made it to the super league in the three-day South-West Zone inter-university netball championship held at ANU grounds here on Wednesday.

The results: Men: Bangalore bt Annamalai 40-35; Pune bt Tumkur University 45-44; Osmania bt Karnataka University (Dharwad) 54-33.

Women: Osmania bt Bangalore 35-34; Acharya Nagarjuna bt Osmania 36-35; Bharathidasan bt Annamalai 51-28. — Sports Reporter
