Star Alliance invites AI

Mumbai: National air-carrier Air India said on Thursday it had been invited to join the Star Alliance. An formal invitation was extended to Air India ’s Chairman V. Thulasidas during Star Alliance’s Board meeting in Beijing on Thursday. — PTI
