Three get lifer

Madanapalle: Three persons were sentenced for life on Friday by Madanapalle VII Additional District Judge M. Ramakrishnaiah. According to Public Prosecutor Amarnath Reddy, the three accused Mareppa, Muthyalu and Appalla had grievously injured their friend M. Sreeramulu on a loan repayment issue sometime in February last year. The latter had succumbed to the injuries a week later. -Correspondent
