Ocimum buys Gene Logic

HYDERABAD: Ocimum Biosolutions has received an equity investment from Kubera Cross Border Fund for $17 million. Ocimum also announced that it had successfully closed the acquisition of the genomics division of Gene Logic for a cash consideration of $10 million.
