COMMERCIAL DEAL: A Bangladeshi oil carrier carrying high speed diesel (HSD) through the Brahmaputra River from Numaligarh Refinery halts at Pandu Port for customs clearance in Guwahati on Thursday. A total 1,400 tonnes of HSD is being exported for the first time to Bangladesh as part of the commercial deal between the Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) and Numaligarh Refinery of Assam.
