Kakinada: The 53rd National Kho-Kho Championship, being organised by the School Games Federation of India (SGFI), began at the Ideal College of Arts and Sciences here on Saturday. Participating as the chief guest, Zilla Parishad Chairman Ch. Venugopala Krishna said that the championship would help foster friendship among the children coming from different States and also promote national integration. Such sporting events would keep the children fit and mentally agile, qualities which were essential for personality development. Kakinada MLA Mutha Gopalakrishna, District Education Officer P.
