Two die in accidents

In separate incidents two persons, including a four-year old boy, were killed in accidents in the district on Saturday. M. Anantharaj (4) had come out on the road from his house at Oottathur when a tractor hit and killed him on the spot. The Siruganur police have registered a case. In another incident, P. Palanisamy (65), who was riding a bicycle, was hit by a van at Chidambarathanpatti. He died on the way to the hospital. The van driver, L. Charles Manojkumar (30), has been arrested. The Manapparai police have registered a case.
