3 Sikh ‘militants’ arrested

New Delhi: The police on Tuesday arrested three suspected members of a Sikh militant group near Indo-Nepal border in Bihar in connection with a bomb blast at in a cinema hall in Ludhiana, Punjab, in October this year.
