BANGALORE: A delegation of U.S. India Political Action Committee (USINPAC) led by chairman Sanjay Puri will visit Bangalore on Wednesday to meet leaders from the field of business and politics here, marking its first visit to the city. The committee is the political voice of 2.5 million Indian-Americans, and the delegation comprises prominent business leaders, entrepreneurs, political activists and professionals from the Indian-American community. A release said: “Inclusion of Bangalore recognises the pivotal role that the city has played in transforming India into a global powerhouse in information technology and pharmaceutical sector.”The delegation will be meeting prominent business leaders, including Chairperson of Biocon Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, Chief Mentor of Infosys Technologies N.R.
