Orientation class on pulse polio

Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation Medical Officer Sastry held an orientation class on pulse polio on Friday for women at the VMC Mahila Vidya Peeth Degree College, MVP Colony campus.

Thirty NSS volunteers and 30 NSS cadets along with NSS Programme Officer U. Lawrence and NCC captain G. Vijay Laxmi attended the programme.

Dr. Sastry explained the students about the procedure to be followed in conducting the pulse polio programme, booth allotment and also how to motivate parents.
