SC to hear Bajaj-TVS case on Jan. 18

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court will hear on January 18 a special leave petition filed by Bajaj Auto challenging an interim order passed by a Division Bench of the Madras High Court suspending a single judge’s order restraining TVS Motor Company from booking orders for ‘Flame’, its new motorbike.
