DU appoints new history lecturer

NEW DELHI: Delhi University has appointed Pradeep Kumar, a History lecturer at Zakir Husain College, as liaison officer for matters relating to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in Delhi University.

He will facilitate reservation of SC/ST candidates in teaching and non-teaching posts in colleges as well as various schemes designed for their welfare by the Union Human Resource Development Ministry and the University Grants Commission.
