Vaiko writes to Manmohan

CHENNAI: Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam general secretary Vaiko has written to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to take effective steps to prevent the Sri Lankan navy from attacking fishermen from Tamil Nadu.
