Air-India downs Salgaocar

MUMBAI: Air-India found a saviour in goalkeeper Arnab Das Sarma, whose immaculate work under the bar enabled the Mumbai team defeat Salgaocar SC 2-1 in the 11th round ONGC I-League match at the Cooperage.

Samson Singh and Paresh Shivalkar scored for A-I after a 24th minute goal for the Goan side by Felix Chimaokmu. Sarma was named ‘man of the match.’ — Special Correspondent
