Boy killed in road accident

A boy was killed in a road accident here on Thursday. According to police sources, V. Dinesh Kumar (9) of Maruthankulam, studying fifth standard, was trying to cross the Alagarkoil Road when he was hit by a car. He was rushed to the Government Rajaji Hospital where he succumbed. The Traffic Investigation II police have registered a case.
