Teacher found dead

Dubai: A 25-year-old Indian teacher was found dead in her apartment in Sharjah, police have said. Mary Madote, hailing from Pune, was a teacher in Our Own Indian School in Dubai.

“A note found in the apartment’s storeroom said she was taking the extreme step on her own choice and that no one else was responsible. She apologised to police for the inconvenience,” the police said. — PTI
