Bridge across Anjukottai channel

NEW DELHI: Union Minister of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways T.R. Baalu has approved Rs.161.09 lakh for construction of a high level bridge at 116/8 km of NH 210 across Anjukottai supply channel in Sivagangai district.

During the rainy season, the causeway gets submerged, causing traffic interruptions. It is, therefore, considered vital to construct the bridge.
