Capital shivers

NEW DELHI: Chill north-westerly winds blowing in from snow-clad regions have further lowered the mercury in the Capital. On Monday, the minimum temperature plummeted to 3.8 degrees Celsius as icy winds blew throughout the day.

The weatherman attributed the fall in temperatures to fresh snowfall in Jammu and Kashmir and neighbouring hilly areas.
