Lok Rang festival begins

Bhopal: The annual Lok Rang festival will be held here from January 26-30 with a focus on southern states of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.

During the festival the rich art and culture of these three States will be displayed in various forms including traditional dance, music and ethnic dresses, Culture Department Secretary Manoj Shrivastava told reporters here on Friday.

An international exhibition on handmade fans ‘Bijna’, Shil Mela and art and handicraft among others will be held on the occasion.PTI
