Merchant’s house ransacked

VIZIANAGARAM: Miscreants barged into the house of G.S. Kanta Rao, a dal merchant in Orugantivari Street here and damaged electrical appliances and a motorcycle. Mr. Kanta Rao and his wife Gayatri, who were away from home since Friday, returned on Sunday and found their house ransacked. However, gold ornaments and cash in the home were intact. Police are investigating.
