Science skills on display at exhibition

TENALI: More than 200 exhibits on the recent developments in science and technology were displayed at the three- day science exhibition held from January 24 at Sharon Talent School in Tenali.

Students displayed various exhibits on pollution, space technology and impact of terrorism on pollution at the exhibition.

A class 10 student T. Sai Sandeep demonstrated an exhibit on ‘Effects of air and water pollution’. A model of PSLV-C10 launched by the ISRO recently was prepared by a Class 8 student M. Theresa. Students also presented models of various satellites and missiles like Akash, Prithvi, Nag, GSLV, PSLV, space recovery capsule etc. The other themes which were presented were global warming, afforestation and deforestation.

Director Syam Baneerji and school principal K. Mary Baneerji were present.
