Eroor Bhavan’s ‘A’ advances

KOCHI: The host Bhavan’s Vidya Mandir ‘A’, Eroor, defeated Bhavan’s Adarsha Vidyalaya ‘B’ (Kakkanad) 2-1 and entered the quarterfinals of the fourth Sri Ramakrishnaji memorial inter-school football tournament here on Tuesday.

In other pre-quarterfinal matches, Chinmaya Vidyalaya (Vaduthala) bt Eroor BVM ‘B’ 5-4, via the tiebreaker, Toc-H Public School (Vytilla) bt Choice (Tripunithura) 3-0, Elamakkara Bhavan’s bt BAV ‘A’ (Kakkanad) 3-0 while Vidyodaya Public School (Thevakkal) bt Mahatma Gandhi Public School (Ambadimala) 5-3.
