K. Mohandas Overseas Affairs Secretary

NEW DELHI: K. Mohandas, a 1974 batch IAS officer, has been appointed Secretary in the Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs. Till now, he was Special Secretary in the Department of Revenue, Finance Ministry.

Dinesh Rai, also a 1974 batch IAS officer, has been posted as Secretary in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. He was working as Vice-Chairman of the Delhi Development Authority.

Both postings have been approved by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet, an official release said here on Wednesday.
