BANGALORE:The Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike on Thursday said that the water samples collected from Bharatinagar area on January 27 and January 28 were proved to be “unsafe for drinking purpose”. BBMP Chief Health Officer L.T. Gayathri said the laboratory tests have revealed the presence of E. coli, the bacteria that causes gastroenteritis, in water samples collected from Bharatinagar area.
