Ayesha case: TDP seeks justice

VIZIANAGARAM: TDP Minority Cell president S.A. Rasheed on Sunday said that investigation into the Ayesha Meera murder case in Vijayawada lacked progress due to political pressure and demanded that the government ensure justice at the earliest.

At a press conference here, he accused the police of trying to shield the accused persons.

He said that the incident was ample proof of deteriorating law and order situation in the State. Minority Cell leaders Munisa Begum and Zahira Begum were present.
