‘Job scheme a success’

VIZIANAGARAM: Collector B. Kishore has said that the National Rural Employment Guarantee Programme in the district is a success.

On completion of two years of the implementation of the programme, Dr. Kishore told a press conference on Saturday that there was marked development following sanction of at least 20 works for each village and added that irregularities detected at some places were rectified. In the case of other irregularities, the Project Director of DWMA would be asked to investigate, he added.
