Court adjourns case

BANGALORE: The Karnataka High Court on Thursday adjourned further hearing on a petition by a professor of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore, and several of its students challenging the decision of the Excise Department in allowing a wine shop to come up near the IIM campus on Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore. A Division Bench comprising Justice S.R. Bannurmath and Justice Subash B. Adi is hearing the public interest litigation (PIL) petition.
