Nine killed in accidents

NIZAMABAD: Nine persons were killed and one was seriously injured in two accidents here since Friday morning.

At Basheer Farm on Bodhan-Nizamabad road, 18 km from here, seven persons were killed on the spot when an autorickshaw coming from Bodhan rammed into a lorry going in the opposite direction. The seriously injured person whose identity was yet to be established was admitted to the government hospital here.

Six victims were identified as Shaik Haider (32) of Shakkar Nagar, Palle Pedda Sailu (45) of Jamlam village in Yedapally mandal, Mohammad Muneer Pathan (40), Shaik Khaleel (45), Wahed Ali (35) and Haji (32) of different villages in Deglur taluk of Maharashtra.
