Strive for polio-free district: MP

VIZIANAGARAM: Lok Sabha member from Bobbili Botsa Jhansi Lakshmi inaugurated the pulse polio immunization camp at Mudidam, near Vizianagaram by administering drops to an infant.

Speaking on the occasion, she appealed to parents of children below five years of age to immunize their children regularly and strive for a polio free district. Later, she released a poster notifying dates (February 15,16 and 17) for the mega medical camp at Gajapathinagaram. She said that the camp was being organised under National Rural Health Mission.
