Flat owners protest against CDS

HYDERABAD: The Flat Owners Welfare Association of Happy Homes Housings Palace ‘A’ have observed Monday as black-day protesting against Compulsory Disclosure Scheme (CDS), a release from the association’s Secretary T.R. Madhavan informed on Monday. The release said that CDS was biased because flat owners were asked to disclose deviations of which they had no previous knowledge.

The Municipal Authorities had details of these deviations but failed to bring it to the notice of the buyers, the release added. The association has demanded punishment to builders and authorities, responsible for such deviations.
