Chandana Yatra on February 16

Rajahmundry: Chandana yatra of Sri Varahalakshmi Nrisimha Swami temple at Ramadaspeta in Rajahmundry is most popular in East Godavari district. This year Chandana Yatra will be performed on Feb 16.

Giving details of the festival to media persons on Tuesday, temple chief priest Sriman Srinivasacharyulu and trustees K. Surya Simhachalam and K. Nageswara Rao said the festival will start on Thursday evening with `Tiruveedhi’ Utsavam-Garuda Seva.

Nityaroopa Darshanam, Aaradhana, Homams will be performed on February 17.
