Cheque presented to home guard’s widow

ADILABAD: Adilabad Superintendent of Police Anil Kumar on Wednesday handed over a cheque of Rs. 1 lakh to Tanubai, widow of home guard M. Pullaiah, who died in an accident on May 4, 2006. Pullaiah, who was attached to Kagaznagar police station, met with an accident near Burdagudem village while on his way to the police station. -Staff Reporter
