CHENNAI: Vasavi Builders has moved into new growth areas such as serviced apartments, commercial buildings and townships. According to P. B. Krishnaprasad, CEO, the company has planned for an investment of Rs. 300 crore towards the expansion in the next two years. The required funds are being met through sale of apartments, banks finance and internal accruals. The company has planned seven new projects, four residential and three commercial, covering a total area of 5.74 lakh sq. ft.
