Yogesh scalps seven

Mysore: A fine spell of medium-pace bowling by Yogesh (seven for 17) helped Yuvaraja’s College register a facile ten-wicket win over Sree Ganesha Kreeda Mandali in their league encounter in the Sri Gopalaswami Memorial tournament at the PET grounds in Mandya on Thursday.

The scores: Sree Ganesha Kreeda Mandali 59 in 23.5 overs (Yogesh seven for 17) lost to Yuvaraja’s College 64 for no loss in 9.4 overs; Young Cricketers 89 in 21.1 overs (Inclusive of 10 penalty runs for one over short) (Kiran four for 29) lost to AT&S (N’gud) 93 for five in 19.4 overs.
