VIZIANAGARAM: Lok Sabha member Botsa Jhansi Lakshmi inaugurated the three-day mega medical camp under National Rural Health Mission at Gajapathinagaram on Friday. AwarenessOn the occasion, she said the free medical camp would create awareness among illiterate on health. District Medical and Health Officer V.Venkateswara Rao said 5,000 patients would be examined everyday and supplied medicines free of cost. A sum of Rs. 3 lakhs was earmarked for medicines. Some 1,300 specialists and para medical staff from K.G. Hospital, Maharajah Institute of Medical Sciences and District Headquarters Hospital were deployed at the camp. Zilla Parishad Chairperson B.
