Two judicial officers suspended

ADILABAD: Adilabad second Additional Sessions Judge K.V. Vijaya Kumar and senior civil judge of Karimnagar D. Abbulu were placed under suspension by the AP High Court on Friday in connection with the land compensation scam that took place in the construction of Lower Manair Dam and canals in Karimnagar district.

It is alleged that in the name of paying fair compensation, the records were tampered and new documents created.

The name of another judicial officer, D. Abbulu figured in the list of the accused prepared by the CBCID.
