BANGALORE: A Division Bench comprising Justice S.R. Bannurmath and Justice A.N. Venugopala Gowda dismissed a public interest litigation (PIL) petition by a city-based advocate. The petitioner, A.V. Amarnathan, had said that a bank was following unethical practices and sought a direction from the court to curb it.
