NEW DELHI: A young man allegedly involved in cases of murder, robbery and assault has been arrested by the Special Cell of the Delhi Police. The accused was absconding since 2002. Acting on a tip-off that Samyuddin Qureshi (34), who was wanted in a case registered at the Kalyanpuri police station in 2002, would come near the Fire Brigade office on Lawrence Road on Tuesday, the Special Cell sleuths laid a trap and arrested him. © Copyright 2000 - 2009 The Hindu |
